It includes room-by-room observations, item conditions, photographic evidence, and timestamps. Sawyl records follow a consistent standard so both parties can reference the same factual baseline.
When a record is sealed, Sawyl computes a SHA-256 cryptographic hash from the entire record contents. This hash acts as a digital fingerprint. If any part of the record were changed — even a single character — the hash would be completely different. Sealed records are also locked at the database level, preventing modification by anyone including the platform itself.
